פֶּן־תִּכְרֹת בְּרִית לְיֹושֵׁב הָאָרֶץ וְזָנוּ אַחֲרֵי אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶם וְזָבְחוּ לֵאלֹהֵיהֶם וְקָרָא לְךָ וְאָכַלְתָּ מִזִּבְחֹֽו׃

וְגַם אֶל־שֹֽׁפְטֵיהֶם לֹא שָׁמֵעוּ כִּי זָנוּ אַֽחֲרֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ לָהֶם סָרוּ מַהֵר מִן־הַדֶּרֶךְ אֲשֶׁר הָלְכוּ אֲבֹותָם לִשְׁמֹעַ מִצְוֹת־יְהוָה לֹא־עָשׂוּ כֵֽן׃

וַתִּזְנֶינָה בְמִצְרַיִם בִּנְעוּרֵיהֶן זָנוּ מָּה מֹעֲכוּ שְׁדֵיהֶן וְשָׁם עִשּׂוּ דַּדֵּי בְּתוּלֵיהֶֽן׃
