כִּי אֶת־אֲשֶׁר יֶשְׁנֹו פֹּה עִמָּנוּ עֹמֵד הַיֹּום לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְאֵת אֲשֶׁר אֵינֶנּוּ פֹּה עִמָּנוּ הַיֹּֽום׃

כִּי חַי־יְהוָה הַמֹּושִׁיעַ אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל כִּי אִם־יֶשְׁנֹו בְּיֹונָתָן בְּנִי כִּי מֹות יָמוּת וְאֵין עֹנֵהוּ מִכָּל־הָעָֽם׃

וַיֹּאמֶר הָמָן לַמֶּלֶךְ אֲחַשְׁוֵרֹושׁ יֶשְׁנֹו עַם־אֶחָד מְפֻזָּר וּמְפֹרָד בֵּין הָֽעַמִּים בְּכֹל מְדִינֹות מַלְכוּתֶךָ וְדָתֵיהֶם שֹׁנֹות מִכָּל־עָם וְאֶת־דָּתֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ אֵינָם עֹשִׂים וְלַמֶּלֶךְ אֵין־שֹׁוֶה לְהַנִּיחָֽם׃
