וַיִּדֹּם הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ עָמָד עַד־יִקֹּם גֹּוי אֹֽיְבָיו הֲלֹא־הִיא כְתוּבָה עַל־סֵפֶר הַיָּשָׁר וַיַּעֲמֹד הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ בַּחֲצִי הַשָּׁמַיִם וְלֹא־אָץ לָבֹוא כְּיֹום תָּמִֽים׃

וַיֹּאמֶר לְלַמֵּד בְּנֵֽי־יְהוּדָה קָשֶׁת הִנֵּה כְתוּבָה עַל־סֵפֶר הַיָּשָֽׁר׃

הִנֵּה כְתוּבָה לְפָנָי לֹא אֶחֱשֶׂה כִּי אִם־שִׁלַּמְתִּי וְשִׁלַּמְתִּי עַל־חֵיקָֽם׃

וַיִּפְרֹשׂ אֹותָהּ לְפָנַי וְהִיא כְתוּבָה פָּנִים וְאָחֹור וְכָתוּב אֵלֶיהָ קִנִים וָהֶגֶה וָהִֽי׃ ס
