וַיִּקַּח דָּוִד מִיָּדָהּ אֵת אֲשֶׁר־הֵבִיאָה לֹו וְלָהּ אָמַר עֲלִי לְשָׁלֹום לְבֵיתֵךְ רְאִי שָׁמַעְתִּי בְקֹולֵךְ וָאֶשָּׂא פָּנָֽיִךְ׃

וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶל־הָאִשָּׁה לְכִי לְבֵיתֵךְ וַאֲנִי אֲצַוֶּה עָלָֽיִךְ׃

וְאַתְּ קוּמִי לְכִי לְבֵיתֵךְ בְּבֹאָה רַגְלַיִךְ הָעִירָה וּמֵת הַיָּֽלֶד׃
